A sector-leading project management consultancy based in the City is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join their growing residential team delivering high-profile developments across London. The business is currently seeing significant activity across the residential market, with major projects across Build to Rent, PRS, PBSA, Co-Living, and Later Living already in delivery alongside a strong future pipeline.
This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager role suited to someone confident leading residential developments or taking ownership of key packages across larger landmark schemes from pre-contract through to delivery. You will be heavily involved across consultant management, client management, governance, reporting, procurement, change control, Contract Administration and Employers Agent duties while working closely alongside senior leadership within the business.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of pre-contract project management duties
- Experience carrying out Contract Administration and Employers Agent duties
- Experience working on high-rise residential developments is preferred
- Ideally chartered or working towards chartership
Package
- Salary up to £80,000 plus benefits package
- Hybrid working arrangement
