We are delighted to be helping one of our repeat consultancy clients with their search for a Project Director to work on the delivery of a £500+million Commercial Office development in central London, along with working on other development schemes.
This firm has a very strong reputation in London and is looking for someone who has very good Contract Administration experience with JCT Contracts, someone who feels comfortable challenging Tier 1 Contractors and is used to working on larger developments in the £ 50- 100 million bracket.
Candidates must have a track record in the consultancy market in the UK and be confident handling complex construction schemes.
This is a role that will require full-time site and office presence in central London.
On offer is a salary reflective of experience ranging from £95,000 up to £125,000 plus package.
