An industry-leading project management consultancy in Central London is looking to appoint a Project Manager to join a team delivering high-end CAT A and CAT B office fit-outs for some of the most recognised occupiers and developers in the market. The team has an excellent culture, works closely together and offers a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong progression opportunities.
This is a hands-on Project Manager role suited to someone confident working across fast-paced projects, supporting senior PMs while also taking ownership of their own projects and key work packages. You will be heavily involved in project delivery, client management, reporting, governance, change control and contract administration from an early stage.
Requirements
- Experience within a project management consultancy or client-side role
- Confident running project admin, governance and reporting independently
- Good working knowledge of JCT contracts and contract administration
- Working towards RICS
Package
- Salary up to £60,000
- Discretionary bonus
