One of Huntsman's repeat Consultancy clients are looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on high end CAT B Fit Out schemes for globally recognised clients on their office spaces.
This firm is known for its career development, enviable client base and professional development opportunities and opportunities to work on these types of projects are seldom seen on the market.
Candidates must have a strong track record on delivering large scale (50,000 sq ft plus) fit out schemes on behalf of occupiers and preferably have worked with developers in the past.
Not only will you be working with great clients, you will be working with a great team of people who are highly experienced and with whom you can develop and continue to learn.
Candidates must have:
- UK Consultancy experience working on CAT B Fit Out Projects
- Comfortable with JCT Contract administration
- Able to put together consultant teams.
Candidates at the Associate Director level will also be considered for this role.
Offices are located in central London.
On offer is a salary between £75,000 to £85,000 plus package to include bonus, private medical, private pension and generous annual leave.
