- Proven experience in delivering large-scale construction projects, with a strong emphasis on autonomy and Contract Administration of JCT contracts.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
- Line management experience is preferred, showcasing your capability to lead and mentor a team.
- Commitment to professional development, with candidates working towards MRICS or interested in sitting their APC being highly desirable.
