They are looking for an Associate Director to lead the delivery of high-profile CAT B fit-out projects for world-leading technology and search clients. This is a chance to work on standout workplace schemes for occupiers whose names everyone knows, taking projects from brief through to completion.
You will lead project teams, own client relationships and set the standard for delivery across a demanding, fast-paced portfolio. Day to day, you will manage budgets, programmes and stakeholders on complex fit-out projects, mentor junior colleagues, and represent the business in front of high-profile clients. It is a senior role with real visibility, ideal for someone who knows CAT B fit-out inside out and wants to deliver the kind of projects most people only read about.
Requirements
- Proven track record delivering CAT B office fit-out projects, ideally in the commercial or corporate workplace sector
- Strong leadership skills, with experience running project teams and mentoring others
- Professional accreditation such as RICS, CIOB or APM is preferred
Package
- Salary up to £90,000 depending on experience + discretionary bonus
- The chance to work on landmark fit-out projects for globally recognised tech clients
- A clear pathway to progress towards the Director level
