A boutique project management consultancy is looking to appoint a Director to lead and develop their High Rise Residential sector across Central London.
This is a key strategic hire for the business, offering the opportunity to take ownership of a growing sector while delivering high-profile residential schemes (BTR/PBSA/Co-Living/PRS) schemes for established clients. The role also offers a clear route to Senior Director level as the business continues to expand.
Projects will typically range up to and over £100m in value in London and further afield.
- Lead and grow the High Rise Residential Sectors within the consultancy
- Oversee the delivery of Central London projects up to £100m+
- Provide strategic leadership, lead bids and submit RFPs on new build, developer-led schemes
- Act as Project Director and Employer’s Agent across key commissions
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support the growth and development of the wider project management team
Experience required:
- Strong background working within a UK project management consultancy
- Proven experience delivering High Rise Residential Schemes in the UK
- Strong JCT contract administration experience
- Experience acting as an Employer’s Agent
- Track record of delivering projects up to £100m
- Strong client-facing, leadership and commercial skills
This opportunity would suit an experienced Associate Director or Director looking to step into a leadership role within a boutique consultancy where they can have genuine influence over the growth of the residential office sector.
Candidates will be expected to have won work in the past and have been leading sizeable schemes.
On offer is a salary of up to £110,000 plus benefits with a route into Senior Directorship.
