We are currently working with a fast-growing and impressive boutique construction consultancy that is looking to appoint a Project Director to join their London team.
The business has grown rapidly in recent years and has built a strong reputation across the private sector development market. With a well-balanced team already in place, they are now looking for a senior individual who can support the continued growth of the London office while working closely with an established leadership team.
You will be working across a range of projects typically valued at £10m to £ 80m and more, covering sectors such as private residential, commercial office refurbishment, retail, and light industrial developments. The role will involve leading projects, managing client relationships, and supporting the wider team in delivering high-quality schemes.
Requirements
- Strong private sector development experience
- Background within a project management consultancy or developer environment
- Experience delivering projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors
- Professional accreditation, such as RICS, CIOB, or APM, is preferred
Package
- Salary up to £85,000 depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus
