We are currently working with a market-leading private sector consultancy in the UK that is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager.
You will be working on the delivery of large residential high-rise developments across London, supporting developer clients on complex schemes within major urban regeneration and city centre locations. This role would suit someone with strong residential development experience who enjoys working on large, technically challenging projects.
In this position, you will support the delivery of projects through key stages, coordinating consultant teams and working closely with developer clients to help ensure successful project outcomes. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and a solid background in delivering residential developments, ideally high-rise schemes.
Requirements
- Strong experience delivering residential developments, ideally high-rise schemes
- Background within a project management consultancy or client-side environment
- Experience working on developer-led projects
- Professional accreditation, such as RICS, CIOB or APM, preferred or working towards it
Package
- Up to £60,000 salary depending on experience
- Discretionary bonus
- Clear career progression within a well-established consultancy
