Huntsman are pleased to be working with one of London's leading boutique project management firms who have an excellent track record delvering complex commercial office schemes in London.
Located in London's West End, they are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in delivering new build /refurbishment projects across private sector developer clients.
Candidates must have worked within the Built Environment Consultancy market as a Project Manager and be comfortable leading or acting as a number 2 on schemes with both pre construction and delivery experience in the capacity of either an Employers Agent or Contract Administrator.
Ideal experience will include formulating a planning application but this is not essential. Candidates will require experience from start of stage 3 on a scheme.
Whilst private sector experience is highly desirable for this role, candidates that can demonstrate technical, craddle to grave Project Management in the Public Sector will also be considered for interview.
On offer is a salary of up to £80,000 plus benefits. This firm operates a full time office policy, so please be advised that there is no working from home.
