An industry-leading project management consultancy in Central London is looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager to join a team delivering some of the most high-profile 5* hotel developments currently in the market.
Based out of the West End, this consultancy are market leaders within the high-end development sector, with an enviable portfolio of completed and ongoing schemes. Having worked closely with this team for several years, they have built an excellent reputation in the market through their personable, hardworking and hands-on approach, remaining heavily involved in projects rather than managing from afar.
This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager role working closely alongside senior leadership across landmark projects from inception through to completion. The schemes are a mixture of pre-planning, demolition, refurbishment and new build developments, requiring strong stakeholder management and experience delivering within complex live environments. You will be heavily involved across project delivery, client management, governance, reporting, change control and contract administration.
Requirements
- Experience within a project management consultancy, developer, contractor or design-led environment
- Experience delivering hotel, prime residential or other heavily design-led projects
- Experience working on projects in excess of £100m in value
- Strong understanding of JCT contracts and contract administration
- Experience carrying out pre-construction project management duties and Employers Agent responsibilities
- Ideally chartered or working towards chartership
Package
- Salary up to £75,000 + package
- Discretionary bonus
- Regular review cycles both on salary and progression.
