They are looking for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor with strong experience, especially in the Commercial sector, to join their successful, ever-growing London team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and successfully deliver complex construction projects across various sectors.
- Manage and nurture client relationships while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with other teams to achieve project goals effectively.
- Oversee projects during pre-construction stages, ensuring seamless progress.
- Prepare detailed and accurate project reports.

Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally at Associate level.
- Very strong pre-contract experience
- Expertise in commercial office projects.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude with a desire to deliver excellence.
Successful candidates must have experience working for a consultancy or client, and want to work in a dynamic environment. MRICS accreditation is an essential prerequisite.
They are offering a basic salary of up to £90,000k plus generous package and bonus.
