Huntsman is delighted to be working closely with one of our repeat consultancy clients in the City of London with their search for a Project Manager.
This multidisciplinary consultancy has a very strong commercial office pipeline and are looking for candidates who have UK Project Management consultancy experience ideally in the office market.
Candidates will also be considered if they have strong refurbishment experience in the private sector.
Before you apply, candidates must be able to:
– Administer JCT Contracts
– Ideally have had Employers Agent experience
– Be comfortable working with private sector clients
– Have UK Project Management consultancy experience
– Worked with external consultants to include – QS, Engineering, and Architecture
– Be chartered or would consider a form of chartership – CIOB, APM, RICS
On offer is a salary of up to £60,000 plus package.
